Từ chối tín dụng - Refusal of credit

Thank you for your application for a credit account (đơn yêu cầu mở tài khoản tín dụng) with this company.
Before we set up a credit account (mở một tài khoản tín dụng) with any customer, it is our policy (chủ trương) to undertake (tiến hành đảm bảo việc gì đó) the usual commercial checks (việc kiểm tra mang tính thương mại theo thông lệ) of credit rating (đánh giá tín dụng) and we did, of course, carry these out in your case.
Unfortunately, from the source we use we have been unable to establish a satisfactory credit rating in your case.
This maybe due to a number of reasons.
For instance, you may not have applied for a credit account with anyone else previously.
In the circumstance (trường hợp), however, i am unable to set up a credit account in your name at this time.
We shall always, of course, be pleased to supply goods on a cash with order basis.
If you do place such order with us, I shall receive your application for a credit account in six month's time.
